Privacy Policy

General provisions

This Policy explains how personal data submitted through mercury-studio.ru (the “Website”) is processed and protected. It is prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”.

Data we process

The contact form collects information you provide voluntarily:

• your name;
• a contact method, such as a phone number or Telegram username;
• project details and, when provided, an indicative budget.

The AI consultant processes conversation text about a business task. Do not enter your name, phone number, email address, Telegram username or other personal data in ordinary chat messages. Add contact details only in the protected operator handoff form.

The Website uses only technical cookies and local device storage for language, sound and consent-notice preferences. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Purposes

• responding to your enquiry;
• preparing a commercial proposal and entering into or performing a contract;
• updating you about your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give by selecting the checkbox before submitting the form and, where applicable, on the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

Transfer and storage

When you use the AI consultant, conversation text is transmitted temporarily by the Mercury server to a language model through Groq to generate a response and qualify the business task. Groq may process transmitted text outside Russia, which may involve a cross-border transfer of data. Mercury does not save conversation text in its own database or web-server files. The conversation and its summary remain locally in sessionStorage only until the browser tab closes; you can remove them sooner with the “Clear chat” button. The model provider processes transmitted text under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you voluntarily use the operator handoff, your contact details, task summary and conversation are sent to the Operator through Telegram only after you give explicit consent and submit the form.

The Website does not maintain a personal-data database or store form submissions on its web server. Submissions are delivered to the Operator through Telegram. Telegram may process or store this data outside Russia, which may involve a cross-border transfer of personal data.

Please review Telegram's privacy policy before using the form. The Operator does not guarantee the country in which Telegram's infrastructure is located. Questions about the Operator's processing can be sent to the contact address in this Policy.

Retention

Data is retained until the processing purposes are fulfilled or you withdraw consent, but no longer than the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, and may withdraw consent at any time by writing to theremnant.ink@gmail.com.

Security

The Operator applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including HTTPS transport, access restrictions and automated-submission protection.

Policy changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current English version remains available at mercury-studio.ru/privacy-en.html.
